The Union United Methodist Church is one of Boston's beautiful historic churches. This predominately black church is known for it's open gay support. This church is also in the Massachusetts State Register of Historic Places. It is currently being renovated with the help of an emergency grant.

The New Hope After School Center is part of the New Hope Baptist Church on Tremont Street.

The New Hope Baptist Church is a Baptist Church in the South End of Boston. They have bible classes on Wednesdays from 7pm, BTU on Friday's from 7pm, Prayer Services at 8pm (daily), Sunday School on Sunday mornings at 8:45am, and Worship at 10:20am. The Reverend Willie Dubose Jr is presiding.

Boston Jewish Spirit had its origin in June, 2004, when Rabbis Howard Berman and Devon Lerner decided to create a new alternative High Holy Day experience for the Boston community. Recognizing the need for a progressive, inclusive Jewish experience for a variety of constituencies in the city's central neighborhoods, BJS was conceived as a special outreach to interfaith and multicultural families, LGBT people, urban dwellers and all spiritual seekers interested in an accessible encounter with the liberal ideals and traditions of Reform Judaism. December 21st 5:00 pm Chanukah Celebration! Our annual Chanukah celebration begins with the first night. Please join us for our celebration of the Festival of Lights! Singing, reflections on the meaning of this beloved holiday and the lighting of our menorahs, will be followed by a feast of Chanukah treats!
