New England Baptist Hospital
The New England Baptist Hospital is located atop the steep Mission Hill in Boston. This hospital started in 1893 and is different from Boston's other neighboring hospitals. The hospital is nationally known for it's orthopaedic services(bone and joint injuries). New England Baptist Hospital is a medical/surgical hospital for adults only. Within the hospital is the New England Baptist Bone and Joint Institute which offers care in rheumatology, joint replacement, spine care, foot and ankle care, hand surgery, occupational medicine and sports medicine.
The New England Baptist hospital has been ranked #17 in the US New and World Reports list of best orthopaedic hospitals.
The New England Baptist Hospital is an affiliate of Harvard Medical School, Harvard School of Public Health and Tufts New England Medical Center.
