Skipton's opened its doors in 1939 on Huntington Avenue as a humble kennel and pet supply store. Three other stores in Chestnut Hill, Mission Hill, and Framingham have opened since then, and gone to other owners. Today, the Southampton street location still proudly provides Greater Boston animal-lovers with healthy aquatics, quality products, grooming, and The Pawsitive Dog's training. Home delivery fee is $7.50 for a minimum purchase of $35. Under $35, the delivery fee is $30 within Boston, and $50 outside of the city.
